When I was a kid, brussels sprouts were the LAST thing I wanted to eat. I think most adults can also relate to this feeling of ‘oh no hell no I won’t be eating brussels sprouts.’

Well, let me tell you: these brussels sprouts are actually ah-mazing. So good, in fact, that I usually at all of them right off the pan before they can even make it onto my plate.
