In my three month, one-on-one coaching program, we’ll work closely together so that you can lose weight, learn to trust yourself and what your body really wants to eat, stop dieting and start eating real food that tastes good AND is super easy to prepare. You’ll start actually loving what you see when you look in the mirror, say goodbye to any frustration and confusion around what you should and shouldn’t be eating and seeing your life through a new lens.
During our hour long sessions, we will talk about what you need to talk about.
OUR 1-ON-1 SESSIONS ARE ALL ABOUT YOU.
This is great, because everyone is different.
I’m not a one size fits all kind of coach. I’m not going to force fit a script onto our sessions. We’ll talk about what you’re eating, what’s working and what’s not working. Sometimes, we may spend the whole hour talking an experience that you had that brought up something within you.
We’ll laugh together, and maybe even cry together. I’m here to support you on your journey, with all of its ups and downs.
Think of me as your healthy-foodie-body-loving-friend / accountability partner / go-to for deep conversations and advice / vessel of healthy recommendations and super simple, delicious recipes.
Health isn’t only about food and exercise. Health is about life. And life is what impacts our food choices, our desire to exercise and our attitude about ourselves when we look in the mirror.

- Learn techniques so you can listen to your true self to begin uncovering what is really going on for you
- Start a practice of being in the present moment in life, while eating and while exercising
- Eat with intention to fully enjoy every single bite
- Become aware of your different patterns and habits, so you can start creating new patterns and habits that serve your healthier lifestyle
- Hear signals from your body on what it actually wants to eat, how it wants to exercise, when it needs rest, etc

FEEL: CONNECT WITH YOURSELF AND YOUR EMOTIONS ON A DEEPER LEVEL
- Learn practices to start uncovering underlying emotions to determine what is the source of your struggles with your diet, body image, relationship to food or overall unhappiness in life
- Know how to take care of yourself on a deeper level; creating a daily routine to show your body, mind and soul love
- Listen and process your thoughts, emotions and feelings in a healthy, productive way
- Feel great about yourself when you look in the mirror
WHAT'S INSIDE MY 3-MONTH COACHING PROGRAM:
8 hour-long sessions (either phone call, Skype, or in-person)
- During our first month together, we’ll talk every week for 1 hour. This is our chance to discuss what’s going on for you, where you’re struggling, what is holding you back from being the person you want to be and explore your existing patterns around food. This weekly support as we begin our time together has proven to be very effective for my clients — we will discuss creating new habits, see where you’re getting held up, learn a handful of tips and tricks to live a healthier life, and take a look at how you’re talking to yourself and treating yourself on an emotional level.
- During our second and third month, we’ll have two hour-long sessions each month. Now is when you’ll start really breaking through emotional blocks, diving deeper into what is really going on for you, and making big changes in your life.

It’s easy to lose sight of all of your improvements and everything we discussed during our session. I’ll send you a follow up email after every call with detailed notes, any resources I promised to send over, and your goals for the following two weeks.
